Seven weeks have flown by so quickly and before long the puppies will be starting their new lives in their new homes. I had some difficult decisions to make this week as the final decisions about placement of the puppies were made. Several, as anticipated, will be going to existing Talbot Hill families who had contacted me before the litter arrived: Alice, Archie, and Andrew. Arthur will stay in the Pacific Northwest with a long-time beagle enthusiast who will have him engaged in obedience, nose work, and other performance events. Perhaps we’ll even see him in the conformation ring on occasion! Adah will be flying to Argentina to live with co-breeder, German Carignano (Argentina) and Albus and Albert will remain at Talbot Hill. The photos below were taken at 6 1/2 weeks…

Oh my goodness they are all so beautiful!!!!

Very cute! I hope Paris still has many more years to go but one of these days, we’ll have to talk.
I hope she has many years, too. I look forward to seeing you again…but there’s no hurry. š
