Talbot Hill Dukeang The Gilded Sage, “Albus”

Albus has sired two litters as of October 2022: the first out of 13″ Herbie daughter, CH Talbot Hill Thyme Signature (“Hanne”) and the second out of Hanne’s 13 1/2 inch daughter by BISS CH Matador MG Lone Star (“Roubaix), Talbot Hill Dukeang No Small Matter (“Moira”). The first litter produced CH Talbot Hill Dukeang Fire Saga and Talbot Hill Dukeang Tivoli (12″) both multiple Best in Sweepstakes winners. The second litter, out of Moira, produced 2022 NBC 13″ RWB, Talbot Hill Manahound Magnolia, “Poppy”. Poppy is also a Best in Sweepstakes winner.

Albus is FVII affected but otherwise Embark clear. Hips were x-ray’d at 22 months and images are available for viewing. They were not submitted to OFA but appear to be good. Albus is just under 15″.

Albus earned most of his points as a puppy just prior to COVID and needs one 3 point major to finish. I did not show during the two years of the COVID pandemic and I am unsure if I will attempt to finish his CH.

CH Talbot Hill Dukeang Fire Saga, “Ricky Roy”

Ricky Roy has been drawing attention from breeders around the country. He finished quickly and is a multiple Best in Sweepstakes winner. Ricky Roy is co-owned with Cathy Palmer. Embark testing and collection will be done in fall 2022. Inquiries can be made to Cathy Palmer and to Talbot Hill.

GCH Talbot Hill Matador North Star AX AXJ OF, “Martin”

Martin is co-owned with Laura Hiatt (Matador Beagles, Texas). He is a stunning red & white male by Laura’s phenomenal agility superstar, “Roubaix” out of my 2006 NBC 13″ BOW/Best Bred By Exhibitor, CH Talbot Hill’s Razzle Dazzle, and a grandson of the 2006 NBC Best of Breed, BISS CH Bayou Oaks Longhorn Trouble. His 13″ dam is a daughter of MBIS/MBISS CH Talbot Hill’s Thyme After Time, #2 15″ Beagle in 2008 and Select Dog at the 2010 National Specialty. The pedigree is linebred on BISS CH Daragoj Matter of Time.

Martin has made the final line-up at the past two Nationals and exhibits beautiful bone, substance, and movement. He has been bred to CH Bayou Oaks First You Make A Roux (Trey granddaughter) for a spring 2023 litter. OFA Hips: Good, Embark test results available from Laura Hiatt. Collection to be done 2023.
